Is there a warranty included with your product?

Yes, a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects is included with all of our items.

Does the product come with batteries?

Our entire product line comes with an integrated lithium ion battery or an 18650 battery.

Are curbside pick-ups available?

We regretfully do not provide curbside pickup. On the other hand, we may set up delivery in the Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Markham, and Scarborough areas if your transaction is more than $60.

What is the estimated time of delivery for my product?

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible after we receive it, and you will also receive a tracking number. The merchandise will reach at your home within 7 to 10 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping for $50 Cad Worldwide
